Would strongly recommend to go for a bigger size as they fit very tight or 2 sizes if using them in -20 (for an extra socks underneath.Waterproof membrane doesnt like to be stretched, or crushed in washing machine, use as low rpm as possible for longevity. Avoid tumble drying. Before buying visit dexshell website to find out which socks will meet your requirements, as they all have different hermal rating
