Rated positive only because the replacement housing worked, but after I transferred one of the hose collars. I messaged the seller twice to at least ask a question as to whether the old part could be transferred, but it went unanswered. I wouldn't recommend buying the open box items. These could be missing parts.

Very happy with this purchase. Parts came packaged new and arrived on promised date. Very easy installation & now the agitator auger moves clothes around for better washing. My wife is happy too, so quick 15 minute repair makes me a hero.

OEM grade replacement parts
This parts kit installs exactly as the original parts. For the price and simplicity of replacement I gave this kit a 4 of 5 star rating. Took me all of 15 minutes to fix counting the time to chase tools. First mfg to make these drive dogs out of metal will get 5 stars. That is the closest thing to a complaint I would have. Nothing these days is built for longevity though so no fault of this supplier/parts.This parts kit installs exactly as the original parts. This repair kit is just what I needed to repair my whirlpool washer when the agitator dogs wore out. They are super easy to replace all you need is a 7/16" socket an 8" extion and ratchet. Should take less than a 1/2 hr to complete this repair. This is an OE part so it will fit like it was made for your machine.

strange mechanism,basically inexpensive worked fine
I bought a used whirlpool washer,worked better than my old one but even so it wasnt right for some reason,upon inspection I figured out this cheaply built part in an otherwise well designed whirlpool washer it controlled the agitator but is so cheaply made it wouldnt last over a year in an active home,found it cheap on ebay,said instructions included but not,used the tube,works fine,now.
