Finally received the item 2 weeks later and got a bill from shipping company for extra charges because the item wasn't listed correctly when it was shipped. Seller will not respond to my requests to resolve the issue.

Your order was shipped on time, we can't control transit times and by truck it takes longer since we are in Florida and you are in Michigan, they charged extra for some documents $33 and we did not answered on time because you wrote us on a weekend. Anyways we will take care of the bill, It’s our goal to make sure every customer receives the best.
