I contact Acclaim after receiving a review request, they responded almost immediately, apologising for this happening, and informed me that replacements would be sent 1st class recorded delivery the next day.       Arrived in good time and looks very good and good value for money. A good quality product and in new condition. The 4 bowls separate carrier was missing from original delivery, but this could be because it was "re-packaged" by the courier company. According to the seller it should have been delivered in a cardboard box, however I received it in a plastic bag. The issue was quickly rectified by the seller without quibble. Would recommend this seller and will likely purchase from them again.
