I have all the text messages on eBay. This seller is trying to maliciously defame me because I am trying to keep them accountable for the sale. Not one time did I try to get something for free. I think we should defer to eBay to resolve if you continue to slander me with your ridiculous accusations. You pulled a fast one on your selling practices and got caught. You are not a victim, you kept my money/lost nothing and proceeded to send a portion of the auction eBay must address the slander.

This man is very abusive from the very first contact that I had with him and is trying to get the items and his money back totally without paying for it. This is new items that I get from a wholesaler and it was not discolored or damp. My package was correctly packaged with waterproofpackaging. I feel that the man has done this in past to people that sell honest products to just get the products and his money back and he go excessively beyond being abusive to the seller when it in unnecessary.
