    "Now" brand always excellent!

    I purchased the smaller bottle which does not have a dropper. It has a hole in the cap so drops come out one at a time. A lot of people take B12, but we really need the whole spectrum, in my opinion that is! So I love this B-complex formula. Easy to take, easy to digest, just 1/4 teaspoon a day! As I said in title, Now brand is consistent great quality and value!

    Well worth the price!

    I've used this product for some time now (as well as other NOW brand products) and love it. You just take one dropperful of it and you're good to go for the day. It doesn't taste bad, either...although it tastes better if kept in the fridge.

    Vegan b12

    The way we live today, almost everyone is low on B12. Yes, vegans and vegetarians are at a greater risk of being deficient of B12. I had an issue 20 years ago when I was not paying attention to my veg diet. Now I have a clean yet varied veg diet, but still want to be sure. So this is my insurance policy. Once a week b4 Sunday dinner.
