As described and pictured, packed well, labeled properly and shipped the same afternoon. USPS "lost" the safety kit in transit, then said it was never scanned into the system, all of which caused an unnecessary delay and wasted time on both ends. Throughout that mess, the seller worked with me to resolve the issues. Seller's extra effort and communication was great and much appreciated. Thank you!
