    Shipment was fast, but most importantly, seller prepared the package with the greatest care that I have ever experienced. They built a stable wooden box for the instrument and provided enough bubble wrap so that it would survive even the roughest handling. Unfortunately, the instrument had severe issues and didn't work properly. However, seller agreed to a substantial refund so that in the end all was good.
