    Unfortunately, the first pinpointer (Quest XPointer) had a defective vibrate function, however, they were very quick to respond and immediately sent a return shipping label. Once it was confirmed the package was in transit they immediately sent a replacement, which works great! The Xpointer is, in my opinion, an exceptional value and performs at least as well as, if not better than, the higher priced competition. I'll likely order another as a backup and would buy from this seller again!
