    Kawasaki Bayou 250 replacement muffler

    It's not an exact fit, the mountings on the frame are wider than the stock muffler, had to make a spacer for one of the mounting holes. You'll have to wrestle the rear brush guard to get everything lined up, make sure you have a helper. Other than that, it's a great price compared to the stock muffler from Kawasaki.

    Great little muffler.

    Great replacement muffler for my 2000 Bayou 220. Good quality and finish. It will need longer bolts and a spacer to install. I used one of the steel inserts from the rubber bushings from the old muffler as my spacer. Looks good, sounds good, great buy. Looks like stock muffler

    Good muffler

    I was impressed with the quality of this Chinese aftermarket muffler. It was an easy replacement BUT you will need 2 mounting bolts that are maybe half an inch longer. This is a very quiet muffler... my kids think it’s “too quiet” lol.
