Presenting themselves as Charlotte, NC but clearly selling (& shipping) out of China. Delivery took longer than promised. Reasonably priced for USA but overpriced for China. Packaging had location for battery but as stated, no battery included. That's okay, would have bought a Duracell, anyway.
Item seems to work fine. I doubt any of it is Stainless Steel. All looks plastic to me.
