I emailed a video of the problem and phoned customer service. No problem at all. She sent me shipping label to return the pedal and once I dropped it off at Fedex pickup they shipped me a new one.     Reputable dealer. Nice item. Came with carrying bag. They forgot to ship cord but promptly said that they would send cord in mail.  my only complaint is that they could’ve packed it better l- there wasn’t much packing material inside of the box and the corner of the box was damaged and during shipment.  as a whole I got a decent used item for a good price.

    Orange Delight!

    This is pretty much the perfect little bedroom amp but make no mistake, it can get quite loud. Loud enough to play over a drummer? Probably not but could work well in a small venue. The 3 band EQ is very responsive and the overdrive and gain controls enable you to dial in everything from sparkling cleans to crunch to heavy distortion. Orange's Cab Sim on the headphone out recreates the sound of a 4X12 cabinet, perfect for private listening or recording. Solid construction and the Classic Orange Look. Used or new, the price makes this a steal!

    My Orange Crush

    I’ve been playing for a long time and took a respite for a decade. Prior to that I was always was a 50wt Marshall Man. I had always know about Orange Amps and seen many performers that had used them. I now have began to play electric again so I kept out and grabbed the Orange amp. I’m quite pleased with it, it has great registers in bass, middle and treble. It reproduces clean chords and then with the overdrive it gets, down right naughty... Great Purchase! Best, - John
