Surprised product is not in the manufacturers box as pictured in Ebay listing, just shipped loose, but the product appears to be factory fresh so still a bargain ($1.40 a dose vs. the dentist's charge of $35 a dose when they apply) and happy to have found this supplier.

They explained their process in detail and even shipped out a new package that day (at their expense) and it made it to me without issue. If you run into trouble, call them! They’ll make it right.
