    Good study kick stand, great value!

    The kick stand is very sturdy. Just like the original. In my case I order the longer one knowing I could cut to size. The 285mm is what I had before and wanted something slightly longer. The kick stand has length markings making it easy to customize cutting to size. Very easy takes minutes! I highly recommend!

    Love it!

    It fit my Jamis Dakota 19" frame bike perfectly. I tried three others and finally, this one was long enough. It will be need to be cut down for smaller bikes. Yes, I know for all the purists out there, mountain bikes should remain kickstand free, but I like having one and not throwing it on the ground. It's solid, easy to install and I added the boot/foot for extra stability. Good price for the quality.

    This is the one you want

    Great quality item, very similar to the ones you used to get back in the 80s. The back is marked with measurements so you can cut it to size. Definitely want a hacksaw, as you'll need to properly size it. Cutting it isn't at all difficult, though.

    Good kickstand, wrong model

    These have always been great kickstands- lightweight and easy to install and they never fail. I ordered this model while they also put out another with less hardware. So if you have a Schwinn like mine with a built in plate already in the frame- you might want to order the one without the top plate here and a smaller allen screw instead of this lengthy weighty bolt- luckily I had one of those smaller bolts so it didn't matter. Great product otherwise.
