  • I've Got The Rock 'N' Rolls Again

This album had we with the name of the title track - What a cool slogan. I had never actually heard this album or any Joe Perry Project before. As soon as I got it, I punched it to track 3 and was so - disappointed. It sounded like a blues dirge and no vocals. Well, crap. At least I got a good deal on it. Then about a minute into the song, everything goes to 11, with excellent shrieking guitars and vocals. My favorite new song for the week. The rest of the album is pretty catchy and a good snapshot of '80's rock. Soldier of Fortune wouldn't be out of place on a Ramones album whill Buzz Buzz goes rockabilly. East Coast West Coast and Dirtyy Little Things are solid m&p rockers. Some of the tunes are pretty generic and Play the Game is a bad carbon copy of "Dream On" but overall more ...
