It looked as if box was broken open during shipping, as to how it is unknown. One item was missing, one item missing packaging, one item packaging was opened. After contacting seller he responded quickly and was understanding and offered partial refund or would resend missing part. I requested missing part and he shipped out immediately. Shipping may have been delayed by USPS after box broke opened and needed to be retapped.
