      Feels as though it supports the elbow and helps the pain.

      The tennis elbow does seem to be feeling better after wearing the band for some part of each day for the 10 days or so since I received it. It slips down sometimes which is annoying and it's difficult to bend your arm with it on. I feel tennis elbow may also be linked to the spine and I have had a back massage and done some back stretching exercises too. It's difficult to say what is working best, but I will keep using it, believing that it may be helping, plus doing the strteching exercises.
