Great transaction from start to finish. The item arrived on time and was exactly as described in the listing. It was well packaged for protection, and the shipping cost was reasonable. Overall, a very easy and professional purchase experience. I would absolutely buy from this seller again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

The tender arrived well packed in the manufacturer's styrofoam packaging. The front kingpin had sheared during shipping as sometimes happens. I've had this happen with other Bachmann plus New Bright and Kalamazoo cars and have a process for repair using T-Nuts so I'm not concerned about this issue. All else was as shown in photos and described. I think this is a good value and I'd buy from this seller again. I'm pleased with my purchase.
