A phone call and a few emailed photos later and Lauren (sp?) was working on finding a replacement. I was emailed a return label for my package, and she had already contacted me to let me know that the replacement was on the way before I could get my return to the post office. That’s the kind of thing that makes you want to return. The replacement unit arrived yesterday and was exactly as described. Thanks
