The watch was a rare discontinued new version from 2021 so the battery dying was unexpected yes but very fixable. I notified the seller and he gave me a partial refund due to me having to replace the battery. He was very fair and worked with me diligently in solving the matter. Over all I am 100% happy with my watch and my experience with this seller.

That's 62 hours 44minutes ! Its so well packaged. the photos don't do the quality of this Bulova watch justice, and so well made, a beautifully polished and finished dress watch. Quality, excellent service and such good value for money. If you want a watch buy it from Fidelity.
