The computer condition itself was better than described. They responded to pre-purchase questions promptly and have an IT person on-site to help with any initial issues. We did run into a glitch that wasn't their fault (nor mine) and they immediately suggested a resolution - you can't get much better than that. Definitely a vendor to buy from again. Can I give more than 5 stars?
