      Bike showed up with severe damage to front rim, but after contacting customer service they sent out a new hub .. very good customer service ! The directions for assembly are poor at best it covers 3 models and none had the head light bracket I was shipped … looked on the internet and all videos showed the headlight bracket in the manual but not the one I was shipped

      Package damaged... BIKE DAMAGED! Box delivered lying on it's side. Front disk brake STRIPPED-OUT....!!!! ALL BUT ONE SCREW MISSING ON DISK AT HUB. + ALL DOCUMENTED WITH PICTURES. Box was RETAPED SEVERAL LAYERS. Some screws missing in shipping mishandling. I AM SEEKING A REFUND ON ALL CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD.
