Unfortunately, Starkey Hearing Aid said they can't transfer the hearing aid to someone else/ do repairs or upgrades on it. It can only be for the original owner & it is not transferable. To Eaglewoods, I couldn't message direct but I just wanted to say I'm truly sorry for what happened. I told Ebay that they need to update their return instructions. It just said to give package to USPS and show QR code. I guess USPS used a new box.
