      The item arrived damaged beyond repair - the USPS really manhandled the package, despite the seller doing a great job of padding/packing the case. Despite being in the middle of a *hurricane*, he quickly filed an insurance claim and I was refunded right away. Honesty, direct communication, kindness - not often found anymore, but this guy is it.
