Since this was two items, I requested that they be wrapped individually with something to prevent them from banging into each other during shipping and they were just placed loose without any wrapping in a box.     Penn5500ss

    When I opened the Fed Ex box I was very surprised reel looked almost new. Took it completely apart cleaned and fresh lube. Had a customer's penn5500ss that I fixed and cleaned. While he was reeling it he dropped it and it landed on the foot of the reel and he cracked it.so I'll take the handle from his and put it on this one and I will use his old reel for parts. Every one happy
