    One of the worst sellers... Had to get Ebay involved. Took a week to ship. Ordered 8 batteries, only 3 cells showed up and 1 was bulging. He said he would ship 2 more boxes of 3 cells but only shipped 1. A week later, box #3 was shipped. Box #2 got seized in shipping due to hazmat issue and box #3 got here 4 weeks after ordering and 2 of them were bulging, 1 was dented. They're packaged poorly, not in NEW (open box) condition they were described as. Was supposed to come with bus bars but didn't.

    I have shipped 10,000 batteries thru USPS , I can't explain the hazmat issue unless they ran it over with a forklift or something like that. And they have been known to drop and throw packages, we try to pack as well as possible, sometimes the USPS has damaged and then we file a claim and resend another. IF you live in Hawaii or Alaska or Puerto Rico, it will take 1-2 weeks on average for the items to arrive. And if we ever leave anything out, simple fix, we send the item missing. hardly ever.
