nice unit, light weight, very powerful.
I really like the Bat Caddy X3R. There are a couple of items that would be a nice addition to the Caddy. 1) It would be nice to have a place to set the remote control when the player is hitting the ball. Something that is not a clip, maybe a small pouch. 2) The top and bottom ears that hold the bag on could be a little longer. Maybe twice as long as they are. Although I have not had any problems with the bag moving around, they just seem to be a bit small. These are very minor gripes, and for the money it is a nice unit. I have not used the unit for 18 holes, so I cannot comment on battery life.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Off to a bad start
After waiting 6 weeks for by Bat Caddy X3R to arrive it finally came via Fed Ex. The box was damaged ripped open, and wet. I assembled the cart and charged the battery (8 hrs) and hooked it up. I powered the cart and used the Rheostat and it moved forward but wouldn't stop until I unplugged the battery. The next morning I tried to power up the cart and it wouldn't work. I called Tech Support the next day and Adam was very helpful and it was determined that the circuit board was the issue and he told me to take the face plate off and check the connections which I did and they were fine so he ordered a new circuit board. The next day I took the face plate off and tighten the crews that are used to attach the CB to the plate. The screws were loose and the problem was solved and I tested the cart and it works fine. Looking forward to playing golf tomorrow but this issue shouldn't have happened and the condition the box was in that's is why I gave it 2 stars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best golfing tool ever!
Great Purchase! Walking 18 holes of golf on a hilly course is not a problem. I'm 75 years old with a lung condition and am not wore out after 18 holes. It's like I'm just on a casual stroll. I don't see myself going back to renting a cart to ride in when I can walk the course with no problem. I recommend this cart for anyone who loves the game and wants/needs their exercise.
