Seller refunded me as item arrived incomplete/damaged and was going to have me ship it back with a prepaid return label. Tonight the seller said to keep the damaged item as it was going to cost more to ship it back. Clear and timely communication is key, and seller accomplished that throughout. When I pointed this out, instead of taking responsibility, the seller became hostile and refused to provide a return shipping label, insisting it was “my responsibility to pay to have it shipped back.” I had to escalate the issue through eBay’s formal dispute process before she finally relented and provided a return label. No buyer should ever have to go through this.
