    Excellent headset, very minor issues, will (and did) buy again

    Right up there in my favorite headsets. No headset is perfect, but this one is very close. The sound is very clear on both ends, holds very well in the ear, plus it blocks the surrounding noise very well. Power-on and connections are superfast, pairing is easy, and it works very well with multiple devices. There's only a few things I'd like improved. The ear gel comes off very easily and I've lost a few, so I sometimes glue mine to the headset. Glue doesn't stick very well to the gel though, but it helps for a while. From time to time the headset will disconnect or the other end will tell me the sound goes very weird and I sound afar, and i fix it just by turning the headset off and on. Those are still pretty minor, and I really enjoy this headset.

    Have problem with the microphone. people can't hear me when I'm talking. It sounds like I'm standing 10 feet away from the phone when talking. Tried to update the firmware and no change. Can't use this device.

    Small machine with a lot of power

    Have used about 4 Bluetooth units over the years and this one is the best. I am in sales so I use it a full nine hrs a day! It can get busy and loud yet I can still carry on a normal tone of conversation. I walk outside in the wind and I still hear and am heard clearly too. Battery holds up well and recharges quite fast. Small, simple and effective. Also lightweight.

    So good I bought another.

    It is small and unobtrusive. You almost forget you have it on. It works great as well. The sound quality is excellent when receiving calls as well as to the person on the other end of the line. The only reason I bought another one is due to mine going through the wash. Oops! I would definitely recommend this product.

    Best Bluetooth Mono Headset

    I have owned so many different Bluetooth headsets and quite a few have been really good products Especially as the technology has improved. This by far is the best to date. I own three of these. Thought I had lost my first one and ordered another. Then just to make sure I had a back up I ordered a second. Then my wife found my first one. So I am set. Best mono headset most comfortable with the best noise abatement and it's not fragile. Great value on E bay. Not certain I want to pay retail.
