Incase ram doesn't work at first
Ram works fantastic, with one caveat: Initially the ram didn't work and my system didn't turn on. I replaced with my old ram and it worked. Then I started with just one module at a time and found one of the ram modules faulty. I cleaned it and it worked. I ran memtest86+, but instantly got errors. I took both ram modules out, cleaned the metal contacts thoroughly. I found black residue on the ram, probably dirt. Memtest86+ went through 10 passes with zero errors! works perfectly after cleaning!
