Total waste of money! The strap has a hard internal form that keeps it in the shape you see in the pictures provided below. It's not very padded in my opinion and it doesn't make my bag any easier to carry. Wish I had spent $30 on balls instead.

Much easier to use than a double strap, just sling the bag over your shoulder and you're off. Well padded and very comfortable. Positions the bag comfortably across the back.
