Like new inside and I'm highly impressed with the clean fast service, great packaging and communication from this seller. -- This isn't their first rodeo selling and packaging things! -- envirogreenelectronics IS A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AAA+ SELLER I WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!!!

The computer condition itself was better than described. They responded to pre-purchase questions promptly and have an IT person on-site to help with any initial issues. We did run into a glitch that wasn't their fault (nor mine) and they immediately suggested a resolution - you can't get much better than that. Definitely a vendor to buy from again. Can I give more than 5 stars?

Looks like it was well taken care of for a used laptop, more like new when it arrived. Great quality and looks good. Highly recommend buying from this seller. Only thing worth noting is seller seems to be away quite a bit, but still very responsive. Overall a job well done.
