Wake Up and Smell the Bread
It makes real bread which is not the same texture and taste as shop bought bread. It takes time to learn to make your ideal loaf. I like mix of wholemeal and white flour with medium crust. It can also make yoghurt jam rice pudding etc and haven’t even tried those yet, or dough for pizza and pasta. Appearance and build quality are top notch as you'd expect from Tefal. What it does, using the programs, it does very well. BUT ... There is a HUGE problem with this breadmaker though ... you cannot run custom cycles. e.g. you can't just do a knead or a yeast rise for a custom amount of time. Dreadful oversight on Tefal's part. Excellent, just follow the instructions to the letter and every loaf is perfect. Quiet enough for purpose, easy to use and clean. Excellent breadmaker!
I did research before purchasing this breadmaker and I van honestly say I am highly impressed with the variety of functions. A great product with a myriad of uses. Helpful option for different crustiness levels. It came with a step by step instruction book. The only thing I would recommend: if placing sugar and salt in opposite corners (as it suggests) check it mixes these up sufficiently because 2/3 loaves I've made has baked them with large clumps baked into the corners.
