The box was torn up, most of the protective packaging was missing and the unit itself had a pretty big crack in the casing. The seller was easy to work with though and we agreed on a price that avoided me having to ship the item back. Although my item had issues, the product itself works great so far.

When I contacted them they told me they would send out a new pump right away and give me money back for the hassle. Weeks later and they have not sent me a new pump and have stopped responding to messages. My kids have been waiting to play in the pool for weeks, by the time I return this and get a new pump summer will be over
