    First the seller declares the artwork 1000,- below the sales value, which was penalised by customs as tax fraud! When we received the sculpture, we realised that it was damaged. A experienced restorer confirmed to us on the basis of the seller's original photos that the seller had sold the work damaged and must have been aware of this. The seller responded to our comments about the declaration and the damage with an allegedly ignorant and innocent response. No compensation by now. Never again!

    I shipped the artwork exactly as described, professionally packed. The buyer later tried to pressure me for a refund by threatening negative feedback and making false claims. He opened a return, then closed it himself. I always act honestly and professionally, and I stand by this transaction.
