      While I don't have any huge complaints, it was false advertising of the shoes. It says, NWOT but it's not as described. These are clearly worn and not new without tags. The seller did get them out quickly and the shoes are in relatively good condition but I bought them because it said new. It was safely packaged. Now I understand why the counter offer was immediately accepted. A little disappointed but will keep the shoes because my daughter saw them and loved them.
