    This product does the trick, and it does it right. It was a good buy for me.

    I replaced an old ballast from the 1960's that still worked, but I wanted an electronic one with instant start. This product delivered the goods. Perfect. Likewise, I wanted to replace a still worked magnetic ballast over the kitchen sink (not terribly old, maybe 10 years), and this now gives me instant start when I flick on the kitchen light switch. This is a big improvement. I'm satisfied.
