    Great turn-key recorder.

    This unit is 90% perfect. The ONLY thing that could make it better is if it had an input jack for an external or additional (stereo) mic. But for being all in one unit its great. I didn't have to worry about finding a quality mic, or if its phantom powered, matched impedance, etc...it just works and pretty darn good. The fall off is exceptional. Best if used within 3 feet of your target voice. The fact that its all in one (no wires or other garbage to deal with) makes it really functional You can hold it like a microphone, put it on a boom, or mount to the camera. This solved almost all of my audio problems. And it has a super simple and easy to use interface. I'm no audiophile so I'm just delighted I don't have to muck around with UV, Db, gain, threshold or any of that ...

    Great Product!

    Great product, love the mic! I enjoy the redundancy, sound quality, and menu friendly features. I don't even have to have it plugged into anything to record. Having a backup audio recording is such a major plus, if you are interested in this mic. I hope this helps...
