      I expressed concern over the authenticity of the product. It was not factory sealed, even though it was advertised as such. I use this brand every day and the shampoo and conditioner both were much thinner than typical. I would have returned it, but the seller said if it was opened(from the plastic packaging that was not original to the product)it could not be returned. My question was,”How would I have known the quality was off if I had not seen the product?”
