    This item arrived without a working lightbulb or the molds required to actually make the crayons. Where all the other listings specifically said "no bulb" or "no molds", this one had no mention. I contacted the seller to ask for a partial refund and the seller explained they priced it low due to the issues I mentioned and offered $2. The shipping cost more than the item itself, so I suggested the seller refund me the purchase price, but they were unwilling to do so. I had to buy another one.
