My dog loves it. At first when given to her she didn't know what to do but she figured it out fairly easily and she has fun with it. I was quite satisfied with the price and the product, however the type of material its made out of makes it easy for the dog to break small pieces off while trying to figure out the puzzle but that can be prevented with supervision. Design flaw.
While the quality is there. The design has flaws. There needs to be a cover for each treat slot. There are two slots and one cover this severely limits the play time as my pets empty the open spot and quickly empties the one that does have a cover. Great for smaller dog
I have a Shih Tzu and a German Shephard. The German Shepherd just wanted to chew the whole thing up and managed to damage the discs so they do not slide as easy now. The Shih Tzu loved it and mastered it in no time. Not for large breeds
