Great Thermostat!
I bought this Venstar T 7850 color touch smart programmable Wi-Fi thermostat thinking it would work with HomeKit, it doesn’t. I read on Amazon that it would work with Apple HomeKit. I talked with a Venstar representative via email and he told me that it does not work with Apple HomeKit. Although disappointed, I liked all the useful features this thermostat has to offer. You can change the settings from anywhere in the world. You can also download your own pictures to use as screensavers. It gives you runtime information and you can set up filters reminders for when you need to change the filter. You can set up a schedule so it doesn’t run when not needed. Example: while you’re at work or on vacation. This was my second Venstar Thermostat. My first one was still working fine, just wanted to upgrade. It’s very colorful and easy to set up. It has a multitude of features. You can even send a text through the thermostat to someone in your home. I found this Thermostat to work on virtually any systems with just a few changes to the dip switches. I would recommend you download the manual and look it over before you decide to buy it. It might look complicated, but it’s really not. The only thing it’s missing is voice control. I’m sure they’re working on that now for the future.In my opinion it’s one of the best on the market. I would highly recommend this product.

Nice thermostat
This is my 3rd Venstar thermostat. The other 2 I have are the older version. this updated version is MUCH faster compared to the old one and the wifi built in is a plus ( so the card isn't sticking out). Wifi works every time I try to access it remotely.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
