USPS mishandled the package and then delayed delivery for 2 days causing many of the adults to die. Completely USPS fault and not the seller. Phyota was great and offered a replacement if needed. I suggested to wait and see. Its been 10 days, and the culture is recovering nicely so I didnt need the replacement. Im impressed by the sellers communication and offer.
