Lots of Spooky Fun And Grave Yard Entertainment , loved It !
I would have to say this movie needs to be watched in 3D to be really appreciated. There are many cool scenes like when the young boy experiments in his attic with electricity, and the grave yard visits with the haunting cemetery background music in 5.1 channel surround sound. All the characters are awesome and fun to watch. I highly recommend this for all ages. The dog is cute and ugly at the same time and is entertaining. The quality of the film is also outstanding in every aspect and detail. Being that it's presented in black and white also is what makes this movie stand out from others and adds to the mood like watching an old vintage classic and would not be as interesting if it had been done in color. It’s alive but be careful what you wish for
This story is different to say the least. The love of a boy for his dog and how far that love will go. A take off of Frankenstein but this time it is a boy’s best friend. But, things go south when friends learn a secrecy and then we’ll you have to see it to get that part. Good 3D and decent storyline make this a movie for all. A good message also. I received my blu ray in a few days of purchase and the blu ray is in good shape. It came with the slip cover as you may know that it's hard sometimes to find disney blu rays with the slip cover.
