Packaging was half torn open but looked like the wrong items sent were all there. I thought this was a good value and can recommend his items if the proper items are received. Was shipped in the box, with all the foam and anti-static bag as you expect. Would have liked a more accurate description in title, it didn't say it was the Super version of the card.     This card (msi HD 5450) is not supported by windows 2000 but searching google I was able to find a driver that works from blackwingcat drivers
