    I was assured by the seller that the red stones in this item that was being advertised as Red Beryl were definitely natural, and asked ahead of purchasing it. It arrived and they are just some fake red synthetics, CZ. I contacted seller and got what appeared to be an AI reply back and told me to do then return process blah blah, you know not everyone has time for it and you need to make sure that when someone asks you a question and you give a definite YES that you have a factual basis for it.
