    It's ok I just needed the handle and the escutcheon and the shower head which was worth the price but I was expecting to get some of the other pieces

    I knew what I was getting for the money as I needed the parts that come with the complete kit and I knew this was an open box but it was missing all of the parts that I needed for a deep wall extension and that's why it was an open box but I was able to utilize some of the old parts on my old system and cobbled something together so it filled the bill but the ad did not say it was missing parts.
