A PIECE OF OLD TECH THAT WARS THE HEART.
PROS: Solidly built, excellent audio recording and reproduction, AC/DV are an advantage as well, also has 2 speeds by use of a capstan collar, popular on the higher quality portables of the day. I am using mine now daily and love it to death. Especially good is the VU meter on front an the 'Radio-In' port is excellent as well. The 'Radio-In' port makes dubbing from anther electronic source a snap. CONS: The cord compartment is too small ... and it takes a great deal of patience to pack the cord back. OVERALL: Outstanding piece of equipment and a real throw back to the60's~70's.

"Works" is ALL you can say about it!
The reels spin, but little to no sound comes out, and for a tape player, little sound makes it useless.

It Doesn't work !!! Plugged it in, and the power needle jumps to full - but when I turn the play lever, nothing happens. Have tried to get the sender to respond, but nothing yet. IT DOESN'T WORK !! Stan Swenson
