    Good Phone

    I selected that it does not have a long battery life but this is based on my experience over the last two weeks of getting it set up the way I wanted it (special ring tones and notification tones, and simply exploring the the phone since it did not come with any manuals on how to do certain things) therefore I had it on for long periods of time. This was an "upgrade" from my previous phone and I did not realize that my old SIM card did not fit this one (I was unaware that there were in fact 3 different sizes of SIM card) I had to wait approximately a week to get a new SIM card from my carrier so I haven't really had much time to truly try all of its functions. I do believe that once I become acquainted with its many functions and all software updates are done it will be a good phone.

    "Good" is a good description

    The phone had remarkably no scratches on the screen. However, there was a slight burned in image, and I feel the battery is probably the original, meaning it has a shorter battery life. That being said, being able to bypass the phone company to get a phone makes this a good buy.

    Gotta say...

    I love the S4 Active. I have tested the S5 and S6 and have to say that the S4 Active is a superior product. The "waterproof" case has been tested and proved to ME to be as advertised. The controls are easy to use, the formatting and download of apps is easy and the camera and video are excellent. As with all "smart phones", the only negative is if you drop them and the glass breaks. Do yourself a solid and get a VERY good case cover to protect the corners where it is vulnerable. I recommend a Body Glove case. It's saved my phone more times than I can count.
