Since this was two items, I requested that they be wrapped individually with something to prevent them from banging into each other during shipping and they were just placed loose without any wrapping in a box.     The whole enchilada

    Because this software came with its own hardware, it’s a complete package. I did not realize my headphones weren’t working with my computer. Because the dragon headphones have a USB plug included, along with the splitter, they should fit about any computer. My computer is about six years old but needed to have the USB functionality for the headphones. Now I can talk to type to my hearts content!

    The problem with Dragon NaturallySpeaking is this, if you're like me you cannot use a keyboard you have to rely on Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The two problems are this one if you put in a password using Dragon this usually will not work because you did not use the keyboard. Number two, also Dragon will mess up your browser when you use it. When you're trying to look up something on who and you use Dragon. A lot of times Dragon will open other Windows in your browser and your browser will freeze up. There are a lot of other issues you need to overcome when using Dragon. Dragon will not allow you to use windows of information like this one, a lot of times you have to use what's called a dictation pad transfer which does not always work is very time-consuming. In my case I had no other way to ...

    DISAPOINTED

    I had read that v13 was slow and not as good as 12.5 so I ordered 12 with box stating 12.5 v... Received it quickly and attempted to install on my brand new laptop... WILL NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 10... ok, so how about an upgrade ??? What do you do if you have 12 and take advantage of the free Win10 upgrade. DRAGON SUPPORT SAID "TOO BAD, NOTHING THEY CAN DO"... SO I AM JUST OUT THE BUCKS... Who knows if v13 will work with Windows 10... and IF NO, PROBABLY NO UPGRADES TO MAKE COMPATIBLE.... JUST OUT- OF-LUCK...
